It's 2024!  Where does the time go?  We are looking forward to our Thursday show on May 23, 2024 at the Kalamazoo Custer Memorial Day weekend - five shows at one location!       

If you have an interest in attending one of our meetings, please come - any time - no reservation needed!  Our members have quite a lot of experience in many fields and gladly share their knowledge whenever they can.  Our meetings are held at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, 1079 Riverside Dr., Battle Creek, MI  49015.  You can find all our meeting information/location on our About Us page.

We are currently lining up speakers for our meetings this year.  

January 2024 - Nancy Gallant will speak about Cocker Rescue and rescue in general

February 2024 - cancelled due to weather

March 2024 - Myra Savant-Harris Video on Canine Herpes Virus

April 2024 - Rick Kisten - from MI CAW

May 2024 - no speaker ...... double checking our May show assignments

June 2024 - Meet The Breeds - location to be announced later

July 2024 - no meeting

August 2024 - Club picnic at member home

September 2024 - Calhoun County Animal Center

October 2024 - pending

November 2024 - no meeting - as our show is in November

December 2024 - our annual Christmas dinner with doggy exchange


Do you need information on training classes in our area?  Send an email and someone will get back to you within a day or two with information.  Carol Miller holds a conformation class on Wednesday evenings - 7:00-8:00pm.  Cost is $10.00 at Dog Zone in Battle Creek.  Carol usually takes most of December off since there are no shows.  She usually starts classes back up after the 1st of the year.

Our meeting nights all start at 7:30 pm with snacks.  At 8:00 pm, our program starts and usually runs about 45 minutes with plenty of time to ask questions.  After just a short break to grab another snack, our business meeting will start and normally runs about 20 minutes.
